About Heike

Heike is a NY State licensed and National Board certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She holds an MS in Traditional Oriental Medicine as well as an MA in Psychology and has been practicing for 11 years. Formerly a clinical supervisor at Sound Shore Medical Center, New Rochelle for 4 years and a teacher at several colleges of Oriental Medicine for 5 years, Heike offers an integrated approach using both Chinese and Western knowledge to understand and treat illness. She has a strong background in women's health with over 8 years of continuing education in this field.
